Your Surveyor will be a Partner of the Company who has at least 35 years practical experience, supported by a team of enthusiastic and hard working colleagues including the office manager Angie, Kate who is our in house S.A.I.D. designer but also responsible for accounts, Lynn, Vera and Janet. We also have an associate office in Lloyd Williams (Chartered Surveyors) Epping, a sub branch in Little Shelford (Cambridge) and Hibbs Walsh (Architects) as Consultants in Saffron Walden.
Nearl 90% of our private client business is by direct recommendation.
Our particular Surveying Expertise is in relation to vernacular Period and Listed property.
We offer impartial and unbiased advice, covering all types of commercial and residential property throughout Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Hertfordshire - though further afield by arrangement.
Our surveys are realistic and written in plain English. We undertake them quickly (normally within the same week as instruction) and believe we charge competitive fees. Instruct us and we will always confirm terms of engagement in writing. We include pre and post survey briefing as required. You don't have to wait for the written word either - we will discuss the property with you verbally, as soon as the site inspection is complete. We will also e mail additional copies to your solicitor as required.
We readily employ high technology as an essential part of our work but the essence of our business is traditional high quality customer service and attention to detail.
