Development appraisal is a particular feature of the firm, and can include individual or multiple building sites, replacement dwellings, advice on the implications on changing user and ultimately acting for either seller or buyer to sell or acquire property. This work can occur after having successfully won a planning appeal or obtained consent for appropriate new use.
We are involved in designing and administering building projects, with particular expertise in building refurbishment, conservation and repair of historic buildings.
