So, you’ve had your survey done and purchased your new home but now it’s time for those remedial works or an extension perhaps? You’ve heard the horror stories about cowboy builders and you’d prefer to be professionally represented and protected. This is where Snow Walker comes in.
Snow Walker provides building management and planning and design services, particularly for restoration and alteration works on period and Listed buildings. We know the reputable local builders, skilled tradesmen and craftsmen who are capable of producing excellent work and we aim to save property owners time and money by planning and supervising repairs, improvements, extensions and restoration programmes on older properties.

Our surveyors prepare specifications of works, make detail drawings, invite competitive tenders and implement works under appropriate contracts. We liaise regularly with contractors on site, deal with their accounts (once we are satisfied that work has been carried out to an approved standard) and manage the project through to completion. Naturally, we ensure total compliance with Building Regulations, Listed Building Consent and good building practice and any programme of work managed by this practice will be carried out under the direction of a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
